How do I contact an Event Organizer?
If you have already purchased a ticket and received your confirmation email, you will find the event organizers contact information inside the body of the confirmation email (please do not reply back to the confirmation email, but rather look for the email address in the body of the email to contact directly). To help the event organizer find your order more quickly, please provide them with the ORDER ID of the order, the email address and full name used to purchase the tickets.
If you have not already purchased a ticket, or cannot find your confirmation email, you will find the event organizers contact information on the event page for that specific event and can reach out to them through there.
Where are my tickets?
Tickets are sent as PDF files and are attached to your order confirmation email. The confirmation email is sent to you almost immediately after the purchase is made. If you have not received your confirmation email after 30 minutes, please check your spam folders. If the confirmation email or tickets are not in your spam folder, please reach out to the event organizer who can have the tickets resent to you. Can I get a refund on my tickets?
Ticket refunds are at the sole discretion of the event organizer, not ezEvent, for the event in question, and are based on the terms of their event. Most tickets purchased for events are usually not refundable, but please reach out to the event organizer to ask them about their ticket refund policy. Unfortunately, ezEvent support it not able to provide refunds, upgrades, or exchanges for tickets purchased – only the event organizer for that specific event can do so.
