NEW HAVEN RAVENS-Named for the since defunct minor league baseball team, the New Haven Ravens bring an eclectic array of influences to the table, incorporating sounds from bands such as Lamb of God, The Sword, King Gizzard, Velvet Revolver, Queens of the Stone Age and Led Zeppelin. Fantastical themes of murderous witches, vengeful demigods, and evil spells blend with a sonic assault of guitar riffs, drum wizardry, and haunting and brutal vocal stylings.
